The nine good practices presented in this report are for most part led by women with disabilities at grassroots level. Good practices were collected and selected in collaboration with the Technical Advisory Committee members, whose expertise and networks have been critical in the project’s success. In six countries from the African continent, Making It Work good practice holders have demonstrated through their actions, the very urgent need to address the intersection of gender and disability.
